What are the benefits of training with STRONG?
STRONG brings you the most effective style of training you could do outside as a dancer, with no gym required.
To become stronger, more athletic, and improve your dancing, STRONG brings all of the necessary styles like bodyweight strength training, HIIT, plyometrics, and functional training into a single program you can do anywhere.

Do I need to be a dancer to take this program?
While the program has been designed specifically for dancers, the short answer is no! these workouts will benefit anyone looking to become more athletic, however, it is not designed for absolute beginners.

What equipment do I need?
STRONG is designed to be able to train anywhere at any time.
The only pieces of equipment used will be things you can find almost anywhere - a wall, a sturdy chair, a water bottle, etc.

How long are the workouts?
The workouts are approximately 1 hour, give or take 20 minutes depending on the day.
Each week includes at least one rest day and one active recovery day.
